All our prices are deemed to be correct. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice due to error or an increase in manufacturing costs. 

 

 

 

 

 

As each item is individually handcrafted, slight variations may occur. 

 

 

 

 

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.

The balance will be due 4-6 weeks before final delivery of goods.

Please note that we are not able to commence work on your order until the payment has cleared.

 

 

 

 

 

Upon receipt of your order and deposit, initial proofs will be sent for your approval.

Final proof reading is your responsibility and any amendments should be clearly marked.

All proofs should be returned to us, signed and dated.

Amendments after final proofs have been agreed will incur additional charges.

 

 

 

 

 

Please note that we require 4-6 weeks from receipt of the finalised proofs and final payment to complete the order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur due to the late return of proofs and/or payment.

 

 

 

 

 

Although every effort will be made to ensure your item arrives with you in perfect condition, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during transit via any delivery service. 

 

 

 

 

 

We can only offer a full refund if your order is cancelled before any work has commenced, including proofs. 

 

 

 

 

 

Diamonds & Pearls are not responsible for any copyright permission required for hymns, poems, readings etc. used in the order of service. Please ensure that you have obtained the correct permission if required. 

 

 

 

 

 

 All items are handmade to order. Refunds/exchanges can only be made if items are found to be faulty, and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of your order.
